Part of my work outs have included some hardcore jump roping lately. It may sound easy, but it actually makes me sweat quite a lot. I’m still trying to follow the Tom Hardy workout. And during his time training for Warrior, he had to do two hours of jump roping as part of his regimen. I’m not there yet, but I will be soon! :D
Totally did this today as part of my workout and it was awesome! Hanging upside down made me feel like a kid again!!! Definitely adding this form of crunches to my daily routine :)
So lately, I’ve been doing the Tom Hardy Workout! It’s fucking amazing, guys! I obviously don’t want to bulk up like Bane or something…
But this workout is designed with specific exercises to get you the maximum results in less time (even though, there’s obviously no easy way to get thinner and fitter). And also not to mention, they’re really fun exercises. I’m probably not going to do the head/ neck pushups because of the fact that I don’t want to have a guys body. I don’t want my neck to look like a tumor.
But the abs and the arms and flexibility ones are seriously great. And another thing I like about this workout, is that it’s different… it’s more military style. I’m always looking for unique ways to slim down… because to be frank, I get really bored with the same old thing over and over.
Also, there one’s in this VIDEO as well that I’m working on. BUT like it states in one of the videos that I watched, you must condition your body to do these workouts. So if you’re an amateur, don’t try to do these workouts right away. WORK UP TO IT. I’ve been doing the one with the towels under your feet for about a week now and I have to say, it’s awesome! It not only works your legs, but your abs and arms too! I’m working up to the extremely advanced exercises :)
After an intense workout, I went to take a bath and to my surprise… NO HOT WATER! WTF!?!
One of my favorite scenes.
